PDA Users

Log in to the Posit backoffice: https://backoffice.posit-app.com/ using the email you used for subscription and the password you have chosen. To create new PDA users, follow these steps:

Step 1 --> Select the "PDA Users" icon from the Dashboard.

Step 2 --> Click on the "+" icon at the top right. A window will appear for you to fill in all the fields. We recommend using your store name as the username and then adding any other desired information.

Step 3 --> Once you have created the PDA user, select it from the list and edit the access permissions to the application. You can add or remove user permissions as needed.

Step 4 --> Select the save icon at the top right of the screen.

Step 5 --> Return to the Dashboard and select "Refresh PDAs" to update the system. Then, all devices should Refresh & log Off from the application.
